1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or list a yard sale on the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, such as creating a yard sale listing, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and physical address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.
4. Yard Sale Listings
a. Listing Requirements:
Users can upload up to 15 pictures of items for sale. Listings must include the address, location, and time of the yard sale. Users must pay $1.99 per listing, which remains active for three (3) days.
b. Prohibited Listings:
Items that are illegal, hazardous, counterfeit, or otherwise prohibited by law. Misleading or inaccurate descriptions. Listings that violate third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
c. Removal of Listings:
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.
5. Fees and Payments
The fee for listing a yard sale is $1.99. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Use of the App
a. Free Features:
Users seeking yard sales can access the App and search for listings at no cost.
b. Location Services:
To provide accurate search results, the App requires access to your location. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of location data.
c. Prohibited Conduct:
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Post false or misleading information.
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the App’s source code.7. Advertisements
The App includes advertisements. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party ads. Any interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by

and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law,

Losses or damages arising from your use of the App. Any disputes between users.
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in yard sale listings.10. Indemnification
